Reel & Merge
The Reel & Merge app icon — a cheerful golden fish leaping over pond ripples, with a fishing hook dangling from above. Reel & Merge iPhone & iPad · Free · No accounts, no forced ads

A cozy fishing pond that fits in your pocket.

Cast with one thumb, hit the sweet spot, and your catch arcs out of the water straight onto the merge board below. Drag three of a kind together and watch them grow. That's the whole game — on purpose.

One loop, nothing in the way

Hit the timing bar's sweet spot for a perfect cast and rarer bites. Miss? You get a soggy boot — never nothing.

Life at the pond

Start at a quiet forest pond. Earn your way to a sunken pirate cove and, eventually, somewhere much stranger. Each spot has its own fish, its own light, and its own night — some fish only bite after dark.

A rainy afternoon at the low-poly forest pond: the angler on the dock with a raccoon pet beside him, daily goals on screen, and a merge board below holding perch, minnows, and a blue bass.
The pond Rain rolls in, the fish start biting, and a friend keeps you company on the dock.
The timing bar mid-cast: a white marker sliding toward a green band with a golden sweet spot in the middle, and the word TAP! below the line arcing into the water.
The cast One thumb, one bar, one golden sweet spot. Perfect casts hook rarer fish.
The pond after dark under a starry sky: the campfire glowing warm on the left bank, dark water reflecting stars, and an empty merge board waiting below.
After dark The campfire lights up and a second, night-only fish chain starts biting.
The Pirate Cove biome: turquoise water ringed by sand and palm trees, a wrecked ship on the shore, a parrot perched by the dock, and 450 coins in the corner.
The Pirate Cove Save up for a travel chart and sail to palms, a wreck, and doubloon-bright fish.
The Alien Sea at night: violet water in a crater of glowing crystal rocks under a purple sky, with the angler casting from a stone dock.
The Alien Sea Purple water, crystal shores, and fish with a few too many eyes.

Fill the Fish-o-dex

Twenty-one fish to discover, from common minnows to crowned rarities that take real merge planning to reach. Every new species gets its stamp, the big ones pay for the next upgrade, and a Record Book mounts your biggest catch of every species. Pets join you on the dock as your collection grows — they cheer, nap, and occasionally bring you things.

The Fish-o-dex: a grid of fish cards where a green perch is stamped with its record size, the rest still silhouettes marked with question marks, and a row of pond friends — cat, dog, frog, and more — along the bottom.
The Fish-o-dex, one stamp in — twenty to go

Make it yours

Spend your coins on the pond itself: lanterns that glow after sundown, a shoreline grove, a longer dock, a boat-house, more board space. Every upgrade stays in the diorama forever. Three daily goals rotate each morning, wild animals visit by time of day, and filling the day-fish page unlocks deep-water fishing from the rowboat.

The Pond Upgrades shop over the pond: Dock Lanterns, Shoreline Grove, Dock Extension, and Boat-house — every one already marked OWNED.
Permanent upgrades — the pond grows with you

A game that waits for you

  • Bait refills on its own — even while the app is closed. Nothing expires, nothing punishes you for leaving.
  • No accounts, no forced ads — open the app and you're at the water. The only ads are optional rewarded ones you can choose to watch for a bait top-up or a doubled catch; nothing ever interrupts.
  • Saved on your device — your pond is always there when you come back, and your progress never leaves your device.
  • Calm by design — sessions are meant to be a few quiet minutes: play a bait bar, tidy the board, watch the water for a while.

Reel & Merge has no accounts and nothing to buy, and your game progress never leaves your device. If you choose to, you can watch an optional rewarded ad (served by Google) for a bait refill or a doubled catch, and the game sends anonymous gameplay statistics to help us tune it.
